Quality
Medical equipment must meet essential safety and performance regulations to meet all safety requirements from authorities, patients and users. If this trust is violated, it can lead to a sudden drop in sales of the product concerned. At MME Nordic we help our customers meet the requirements for quality, documentation and validation, which the medico Industry is subject to – in a structured and manageable way. We perform quality management in all assignments within the certified ISO 9001:2015 management system. We construct machines that meet the international guidelines within GxP and GAMP 5.
Climate-friendly power
At MME Nordic, we prioritize social responsibility by making conscious choices that promote a sustainable future. We purchase our green power from NRGi, which is sourced exclusively from Danish wind turbines. This ensures that our energy consumption is in line with our commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility. Our decision to use green power contributes to reduced CO2 emissions and an overall responsible approach to our business practices, which promotes a sustainable and socially-oriented world.
Health and Well-being
At MME Nordic, we want to create a healthy and environmentally conscious workplace.
In an effort to strengthen health and well-being for everyone, a health insurance is offered with a wide range of treatments, to reduce the course of illness and promote general well-being. This ensures that many different health services are available to meet individual needs and ensure a holistic approach to health care.
Furthermore, MME Nordic aims to contribute with faster “time-to-market” of life-saving medical devices through highly specialized medical production lines and machines, which create a better quality of life for people affected by ostomy, continence, wound care and other chronic diseases.

At MME Nordic we use technologies that significantly reduce energy consumption at our customers’ facilities.
By automating production lines and making production processes smarter and more efficient, we help the manufacturing industry utilize resources better and thereby make the industry more sustainable.
Waste is minimized, quality is improved and less energy is used to produce the same or perhaps even increased production.
Responsible consumption & production
As part of our work to create a more sustainable world, we also work with our own processes. Therefore, we have therefore formulated some goals to reduce our environmental impact by, among other things:
- Saving on the consumption of natural resources
- Ensuring a high degree of recycling and waste sorting to reduce waste
- Purchasing the smallest possible amount of environmentally harmful products such as chemicals and other consumables for projects and accounts
- Informing and motivating employees to increase awareness of environmental conditions.
- Encouraging our suppliers to be equally aware of the environment.
Through partnerships with suppliers, authorities and our local communities, we want to achieve an environmental synergy that strengthens our future environmental efforts.
At MME Nordic we relate to the following guidelines within GxP and GAMP 5:
- Establishment and implementation of an effective quality assurance system
- Clearly defined manufacturing processes that are systematically reviewed
- Documentation and validation in a close dialogue with the costumer
- Presence of necessary facilities including: Qualified and trained staff, suitable rooms, suitable equipment, suitable materials, containers and labels, approved documents and appropriate storage and transport
- Instructions and regulations are written in clear and unambiguous language
- Education of staff to carry out various procedures correctly
Risk analysis and traceability
As a manufacturer it is important to know the possible risks on the machine as well as the final product. We already take these risks into account in the URS phase where we compose a thorough FMEA analysis.
We ensure clear traceability in both the requirements as well as the implementation. We create a separate and oversee able document. This makes it easy to identify the requirements.
