About us
At MME Nordic A/S, we manufacture high-quality machines with a high degree of automation for the medico industry, always keeping the end-user in focus. Our customers should have the best product while we enhance the quality of life for people with ostomy, catheters, and other chronic conditions.
MME Nordic was founded in 2016 due to a collaboration initiated among subcontractors after Coloplast announced the closure of their machine building operations in Thisted. Our journey was further strengthened in 2018 when we merged with PH Teknik and Daninco, and entered into a strategic partnership with Gruber Holding A/S. In 2021, PH Teknik Holding reorganized its ownership shares, allowing for greater participation from our management team. The following year, we became part of the larger Eltronic Group family. Today, this means we are part of a robust group with over 1,800 dedicated employees and, although our name is relatively new, we draw on over 30 years of combined experience in the industry.
At MME Nordic, we cater to customers seeking a supplier with the competencies to design, develop, and manufacture highly specialized machines for turnkey projects, pilot projects, and efficiency and productivity improvements for existing production facilities as well as entirely new standalone machines. Depending on the customer’s needs, we offer world-class qualiti, integrity, and respect for the promised delivery time. At MME Nordic, we emphasize quality and technological development, and together with Eltronic Group, we shape future solutions through customer-centered design and technological expertise.

Part of Eltronic Group A/S
In 2022, MME Nordic became an integrated part of Eltronic Group. With this partnership, we ensure a solid foundation, while at the same time benefiting from being part of a larger group of companies united under Eltronic Group.
“Eltronic Group is founded on entrepreneurship: Build from scratch, believe in good ideas and support them based on documented experience,” – Lars Jensen, founder of Eltronic Group.
Thisted/THY
For over 25 years, Thisted Municipality and the entire Thy region have been known as a center for the production of ostomy care and continence products. This area has not only been the place where millions of these important products are manufactured, but it has also been the hotbed of innovation in the design, development, production and assembly of the machines used to produce them.
Over time, a strong base of locally based companies has developed and specialized in making custom-designed components for medical machines. Over the past three decades, many people have dedicated their working lives to either direct production or to the crucial tasks of design, service, maintenance and assembly of medical machines. This means that a company like MME Nordic has access to a unique pool of talented employees with valuable experience in the industry.
Thisted Municipality is known for its business friendliness and is rated number 6 out of 93 municipalities in Denmark. Throughout the area, there is a strong will and great local commitment from both companies, authorities and the general population to support and promote successful business initiatives.

Social conditions & personnel conditions
At MME Nordic, we consider a strong working environment to be fundamental to the success of our company. We believe that all employees have the right to a healthy and safe working day, regardless of whether they work in the workshop, in the office or in other parts of the company.
To realize this goal, we expect both management and employees to actively contribute the necessary resources, knowledge and responsibility. At the same time, we promote a culture where our employees cooperate to maintain and develop a safe workplace, and we emphasize fairness, openness and a respectful tone of communication. We achieve this through ongoing dialogue, which also strengthens internal cohesion. We ensure that all new employees at MME Nordic receive a thorough introduction and training in their work tasks, so that they can perform their tasks with the best possible conditions.
In addition, our employees are offered ongoing further training as needed. We have set ourselves a goal of completing 70 internal learning courses by 2028, as we see learning as an important driving force for both individual and organizational development.
